Shackelford Family Eye Care

went to a place in memphis last year, felt very unappreciated and just money took, eyeglasses were so bad i got unmotivated... went to Shackelford, they walked me through, got me glasses, and these glasses are by far the best! Lens are so thin and clear, you forget you even have glasses on!

I have been going to Dr. Shackelford since I was in kindergarden and i absolutely would not go to anybody else. He is very patient and calm and so is the staff. Except this last time i went the front receptionist customer service were not up to standard and was always on the phone (personal phone) and acted like she didnt want to be there. but overall i would recommend!

Dr.Shackelford and his staff are so very professional and knowledgeable about their job,I love the fact that they are so friendly and supportive to help in any way that they can to make sure that we’re satisfied with their service.🤗

My first time going here was today...And the service is excellent! The ladies are SUPER nice! And Amber even helped me get my glasses the same day. Will definitely be back for my next eye exam

Love the staff and of course Dr. Shakelford is the best optometrist! He has been my go to for my eyes since i was 12 yrs old! Never been more satisfied than I have with Dr. Shakelford and his pleasant, informative staff

Dr. Shackelford and the staff at both locations are great. Sometimes it takes a little time to get in because they are very busy. I can’t fuss about them being very good and having a lot of customers.

Dr. Shackelford and his staff were so sweet and welcoming!! My daughter received her first pair glasses, she got her exam and fitted the same day. She loves her glasses!!
